Often communication works only informative but sometimes you want to activate people too. But how do you motivate people with communication only? In this series of workshops, techniques are being discussed that can be used to activate people using communication.
Sustainable consumer behaviour
What drives consumer behaviour and are they really willing to make sustainable choices, even if this comes at the expense of their own budget? In this workshop we will have a look into the mind of the consumer and explain how to influence its behaviour.
Behavioural change is increasingly being used in traffic. How can road safety be increased by the use of (unconscious) techniques such as visual illusions or smell? In this workshop, we will explain this and do exercises in how to apply this knowledge practically and creatively.
Proper surveys with high response
Conducting a questionnaire might seem quite simple, but there are tricky obstacles. For example, the wording of the questions and response categories, the question order and the medium affects the answers people give. How can you ensure that you get genuine, useful answers? We will teach you how in this workshop. We also provide tools to enhance the response rate.
Effectiveness at the workplace
That our environment affects our productivity is no breaking news. But how can you organise the workplace environment in such a way that employees work more effectively and with more joy? By applying (unconscious) techniques, for example, creativity can be increased or employees can be kept sharper.
Naturally, we can also develop – in consultation with you – a lecture or workshop which is carefully tailored to your organisation or issue.
Research and analysis
Maverick provides a thorough problem analysis. Subsequently we carefully select appropriate techniques based on the latest scientific insights. The technique with the highest impact on behaviour will be isolated by first testing it in a real life situation.
Development and implementation
After the problem is clearly identified, Maverick develops an appropriate (creative) solution, implements it and monitors its progress.
At the end of each project, Maverick measures the strength of the effect. We do this by investigating actual behaviour rather than merely its indicators.
